Thanks for the engish translation. Yes try-out is is an excelent soIution. But also I hoped that some else already tried it and use his experiences.

In theory, it is difficult that a particle simultaneously affect more than one of an anode and then we can conclude that each anode will be found to work independently to detect the various particles of radiation and, therefore, the best solution would be that of a single resistor for each anode. Even if they should be struck simultaneously more anodes, the individual elements should make the function to balance small differences between the anodes (a bit like you do for the emitter resistance of the transistor in the linear power supplies).
